Middlesbrough official: Manager Edwards wants to go to Wolves, disappointed but has reached an agreement

Football

Hupu reported on November 8 that the English Championship team Middlesbrough issued an official statement.

Middlesbrough Football Club has allowed head coach Rob Edwards to negotiate with Wolves, but he cannot officially leave his post until relevant procedures are completed with Wolves.

We initially rejected Wolves' offer on the basis that Rob Edwards had signed a three-year contract with Middlesbrough Football Club less than six months ago.

After communicating with Rob, we learned that he wanted to negotiate for the Wolves head coaching vacancy, which we were disappointed to learn.

Currently, we have reached an agreement with the Wolves, but it will not take effect until the relevant document procedures are completed.

First-team coaches Adi Vivish and Harry Watling and academy manager Craig Liddell will take charge of the team for Saturday's game against Birmingham City at the Riverside Stadium.
