Record: Flamengo wants to loan Felix, asking Chelsea to pay most of the salary
May 8, Portugal's Records reported that Flamengo hopes to loan Felix.
Flamenco football director José Botto has established contact with Felix and his agent Mendes. Sources revealed that the contact happened a month ago, Flamenco wanted to bring in players in the form of a loan surcharge clause and asked Chelsea to bear most of the salary. It is worth mentioning that Botto previously worked as a scout in Benfica.
As previously reported, Flamengo is closely following the news about the 25-year-old striker, and Benfica is also interested in introducing the player next season. The Portuguese international is currently loaned from Chelsea to AC Milan, but the Italian club has no intention of retaining him next season.
