On August 20, local time in Italy, the Rome Club officially announced that it would introduce 28-year-old Jamaican winger Leon Bailey on loan from Aston Villa, with the right to buy out. It is reported that the rental fee is 3 million euros.

The Red Wolves welcomed Bailey's joining on the official website: "Roma is happy to announce the signing of Leon Bailey from Aston Villa. The winger joins the club on loan and has the option to buy. Bailey is the first Jamaican player in Rome's history. He was born in Kingston and moved to Europe at the age of 13. He has played for Genke, Leverkusen and Aston Villa."

"The 28-year-old player has played 377 times in domestic and international games and scored 76 goals. Bailey chose the No. 31 jersey, welcome to Rome, Leon!"

Bailey became the sixth player signed by Roma in the summer after Gilardi, Evan Ferguson, Enaoui, Devis Vasquez and Wesley. It is reported that they are also interested in introducing Manchester United winger Sancho.

2024-25 season, Bailey played 38 times in all Aston Villa's games, scored 2 goals and sent 4 assists. The Jamaica international, who previously played for Leverkusen, scored 39 goals and provided 25 assists in the Bundesliga club before moving to Aston Villa for 32 million euros in 2021.

On August 20, local time in Italy, the Bologna Club officially announced that it had introduced 26-year-old right-wing player Nadir Zortea from Cagliari. The two sides signed the contract until June 2029, and the transfer fee was reported to be 7.5 million euros.

26-year-old Zortea is competent as the left and right defender, and can also play as the right midfielder. He came from Atlanta youth training and played for Cremonese, Sarenitana, Sassuolo and Flosinone on loan until Cagliari signed him for 5.1 million euros last summer.

Last season, Zortea performed well in Sardinia, playing 35 appearances for Cagliari in Serie A, scoring 6 goals and giving two assists. In the end, he took a step further in his career and switched to Bologna.

Zortea has also been linked to other clubs this summer, including Valencia, Naples and Fiorentina, but Bologna has signed the right-wing player.

Red and Blues also signed Spartan defender Vitic from Prague, Norwegian central defender Hegen from West Bromvic, as well as free agents Immobile and Bernardeski.

On August 20, local time in Italy, the Atlanta Club officially announced that it had signed 25-year-old Montenegro forward Nikola Kelstovic from Lecce. The two sides signed a contract for five years until June 2030. It is reported that the transfer fee is 25 million euros, plus a 10% transfer share in the future.

Kelstovic became the sixth signing in Atlanta this summer. Previously, the real Blue and Black had introduced Zalevsky, Kosunu, Sulemana, Ahano, Zalesky and Spitiello. The Montenegro forward will wear a real blue and black No. 90 jersey in the new season.

Last season, Kelstovic scored 11 goals for Lecce and sent 5 assists in the Serie A, and finally succeeded in relegation. At 25, he has also had rumors of affair with Rome, Naples and Wolfsburg, and Atlanta later decided to acquire the striker.

Leice signed Kelstovic from Port Streda for 4.4 million euros in August 2023, and now he made a big profit.
