Hummels: I hope Rome can qualify for the European war and may invest in real estate in the future

May 9th News Hummels talked about his experience of playing for Rome and his plans after retirement.
You showed extraordinary sense of humor and humility in Rome. Can you talk about your mentality on and off the court?
"The profession of a player is really great, but it is also very challenging. I think it is crucial to face it with a relaxed attitude, especially off the court. I have a strong sense of humor and express it on social media. I also like to show this side of my character."
In my experience after joining Rome, what time do you cherish the most?
"It's a wonderful adventure. I have a deep affection for everything I've been through this season. As I have reiterated many times, I hope it's a perfect story, and I hope to end the season with the European qualification of Rome."
Speaking of Rome, the city seems to suit your taste. Is the city of Rome the same as you thought?
"Rome is a charming city that does not require too much introduction. It is a wonderful feeling to experience the city in every aspect, and every moment spent here will be forever engraved in my memory."
If one day you decide to buy property in Rome, which area of Rome do you like to live in?
"I like to live in a quiet place not too far from the city attractions. I like to integrate into the city life where I live and connect well to the city center area. Of course, I don't like traffic congestion very much, so I will also consider it at this point. I pursue comfort and don't want to waste too much time on traffic, but I can't determine which area to choose. A house from where to live and a property for investment is a completely different concept, so if it's for investment, I will definitely choose a city center area."
For you, is real estate also an investment option, or are you more inclined to focus on other areas?
"Real estate is a very interesting industry, and I believe I may invest in this field in the future. This idea is very attractive to me."
After winning almost all the honors in the football world, do you still have football-related dreams and goals?
"Football is all about me, it gives me incredible satisfaction. Now, when I am about to stop playing, I will think a little bit and figure out the best path for me. Staying in the football world after retirement is certainly an option."
