As a child who grew up in the youth training camp, everyone thinks he is very good and he is incredible. The height he reached at Chelsea is incredible and unmatched.

Rightback: Reese James

I have to put him in, academy kid, he is amazing. Everyone knows how good he is. It's incredible that I see him doing something with the ball every day. He has won the Champions League with Chelsea and I don't think people have realized how good he is. Reese James is really great, no doubt.

Central defender: Thiago Silva

I watched him play often when I was a kid, especially during the period when my dad asked me to learn from him and Ashley Cole. He is a smaller centre-back and like what I tried to be, the level he reached was incredible.

He was a crazy player and for a while we went to watch Chelsea just to see him. I think many people have done this. I remember that in a game, it should be against Liverpool. He passed two or three players in a row. All our youth training camp kids were thinking: What the hell is going on? This is not right, how can a professional player be so much higher than all other good players.
