Official: Crystal Palace appeals to the Europa League qualification case to hold a hearing on August 8 and the ruling will be announced on the 11th
July 30th, the International Court of Arbitration for Sports announced that the Crystal Palace complaint will be held on August 8 and a ruling will be made on the 11th.
Because of conflicting ownership with another Europa League team, Lyon, Crystal Palace was previously deprived of Europa League qualification by UEFA and ordered to be relegated to the Europa League, and transferred the Europa League qualification to Nottingham Forest. Crystal Palace has appealed.
Now the International Tribunal for Arbitration for Sport has confirmed that the case will be held on August 8, 2025 at its headquarters in Lausanne. However, no ruling will be made on that day, and a valid ruling is expected to be announced on August 11.
