Official announcement! Villa Women s Football Team completes the third signing of this summer, recruiting the Dutch international

Aston Villa Women's Football Club officially announced today that it will officially sign Dutch midfielder international Jill Baykins from Bayern Munich. This is the latest signing made by Villa Women's Football Team to prepare for the 2025-26 Women's Football Super League.

Baikins, 24, played for Villa Women's Football Team last season (2024-25 season). During the loan period, she played 12 times in the Women's Super League, including 8 starts. Before joining Villa, she helped the team win the German Women's League Championship in the 2023-24 season as a member of Bayern Munich Women's Football Team.

The performance of Villa women's football team last season showed a rebound trend. After the club appointed Natalia Arroyo as head coach in January, the team won five consecutive victories at the end of the season and finally concluded with a sixth place in the league.
