Kaka talks about joining Ancelotti s working group in Brazil: "I m ready"
Former Brazilian legend Kaka talked about reports that he is negotiating to join Carlo Ancelotti's behind-the-scenes staff, saying he is "ready" to help his country at the 2026 World Cup if there is a chance.
Kaka has played 92 times for the Brazilian national team as a player. He said he has been accumulating his coaching experience and he would love to hold a position in the Brazilian men's national team. He has served as coach for Ancelotti in AC Milan and Real Madrid, where they won the Champions League together.

"If the team thinks I can help in some way, I think at this moment, I'm ready. I'm ready," Kaka said in an interview with Cazé TV. "I stopped playing in 2017. Since then, I've wanted to be prepared. I took a sports business course at Harvard University in the United States, participated in a coaching course at CBF [Brazil Football Federation], and I have experience with the national team and the World Cup. If I have the chance, I'm ready to come back to serve the Brazilian national team.

Brazil Football Association announced earlier this month that Ancelotti will end his coaching at Real Madrid after the end of the season and coach as the country's first foreign coach on May 26. Ancelotti's mission in Brazil is beginning quickly. His first game will be the World Cup qualifier against Ecuador on June 5. Five days later, Brazil will host Paraguay.

Brazil is at COMNEBOL The fourth place in the World Cup qualifiers rankings, with the top six teams automatically qualifying for the 2026 World Cup, which will begin in more than 12 months. Sources told ESPN that Ancelotti’s contract will last until the end of the 2026 World Cup and there will be an option to renew.
