May 10th Felix opened high and closed low after joining Milan. He started in this round of Milan's 3-1 victory over Bologna and played the whole game. This is the first time Felix completed the full game in Serie A. He had only two records of playing the whole game, both of which happened in the two rounds of the Champions League against Feyenoord, and those two games eventually led to Milan being eliminated.

Despite not scoring or assists, Felix played a major role in the match against Bologna, and his younger brother Hugo also publicly praised his performance. In the Instagram Stories, Hugo Felix hit back at critics and said that anyone who truly understands the ball can see Joao's outstanding performance.
