Former Heat champion Mario Chalmers recently said on a podcast that Kevin Durant was unwilling to bear the pressure to follow LeBron at the Heat.
Chalmers said: "I have been talking about this for many years. I don't think KD will never go to the Heat because of LeBron's legend. He has to win two or more championships before going to the Heat, so I think that such pressure is unnecessary at his age and at this stage. So I never thought he would go to the Heat."
In this offseason, Durant was traded to the Rockets by the Suns.
