August 25th, Knicks player Gaelhoon Yabuselle was interviewed by BasketNews and talked about his experience of returning to the NBA.
In 2024, the Sixers offered a quote to Abuselle, who had been away from the NBA for five years. At that time, Yabussele had one year left in the contract with Real Madrid, and the buyout fee was as high as 2.5 million euros. According to NBA rules, the team can only pay up to $850,000 of it, which means Yabussele needs to pay the remaining $1.65 million out of his own pocket.
